ISECS 08 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. Papers should not exceed 6 pages of text using 10-point size type on 8.5 x 11 inch paper (Word Template). . All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. Each paper will be peer-reviewed. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.
